-128- <br />WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be <br />processed as a minor subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan as required under Section <br />9.50.05 of the City Code on September 4, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, the. Park Commission did not review park dedication requirements since no <br />additional buildable lots are being created; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant submitted a final plat application on September 30, 2008; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Michels Property in accordance with <br />relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter • dated October 10, 2008, <br />revised January 21, 2009 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 27 <br />day of January, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #09-01- <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Mayor <br />
