Council directed staff prepare a feasibility study and
met on three occasions to provide direction on improvements and financing. A five -
foot concrete sidewalk was determined to be acceptable and it was to be bid as an
alternate. The road work will be primarily funded by MSA as Andrie Street is on the
MSA system. Council should direct changes to the feasibility study.
