AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.22.02, SUBDIVISION 2. <br />ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />Section 9.22.02, Subdivision 2. Establishment of Official Zoning Map shall be amended to read <br />as follows: <br />The Official Zoning Map together with all material attached thereto is hereby adopted by <br />reference and declared to be a part of this ordinance. The attached material shall include: the <br />Flood Insurance Study for the City of Ramsey prepared by the Federal Insurance Administration <br />dated May, 1979, the Flood Boundary and Floodway Map and Flood Insurance Rate Map dated <br />November 1, 1979, the revised FB -FW Panel 20 of 20 and the Revised Floodway Data Table <br />prepared by the Minnesota DNR, both dated March 31, 1987; as modified by the Conditional <br />Letter of Map Revision case # 08- 05 -2729R dated 9/25/2008. The Official Zoning Map shall be <br />on file in the Office of the City Administrator and the Zoning Administrator. <br />SECTION 2.
