Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />WHEREAS, T. C. Field has requested contract renewal for agent of records <br />services for property /casualty /workers compensation for the 2009 -2010 agreement year; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the current fee for these services is $5000; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff is recommending an increase of $150 for 2009 and $155 <br />for 2010 which reflects an increase of 3% for each contract year. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />RESOLUTION #09 -01 -XX <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH T.C. FIELD & COMPANY <br />FOR AGENT OF RECORD SERVICES FOR PROPERTY, CASUALTY, AND <br />WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes contract renewal with <br />T.C. Field & Company for agent of record services for 2009 and 2010; with fees <br />of $5150 and $5305, respectively. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 27 day of January 2009. <br />
