CONSIDER CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTIONS GIVEN IN CLOSED SESSIONS <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Background: <br />Earlier this evening the City Council met in special session to discuss acquisition of property at <br />6401 Highway #10 NW — Sunfish Lake Express. Portions of the discussion were closed to the <br />public. <br />Based on the direction, if any, from the closed session, the City Council will be asked to confirm the <br />direction at this time. <br />Earlier this evening, the City Council also discussed, in special session, the Ramsey Town Center <br />Lawsuit — City of Ramsey vs. Minnwest Bank.
