Statements from consultants will contain the member of City staff <br />that initiated the charge, what subject matter is being reviewed, and the total rate for <br />the matter being reviewed. Staff will judge in advance which services should be <br />reviewed by a consultant and will continue to utilize the services of the League of <br />Minnesota Cities, Minnesota Departments of Employee Relations and Human Rights, and <br />any other agencies that provides reliable personnel related information at no charge. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve/not approve and submit to the City Council the recommendation of <br />Staff to utilize the services of a consultant specializing in the area of personnel related <br />matters.
