Ameng the infermatien in the summary and campilatien repart, the cemmissiener must include: (1) tetal amaunt ef subsidies awarded in each develapment regian ef the state; (2) distributian afbusiness subsidy amaunts by size efthe business subsidy; . (3) distributien efbusiness subsidy am aunts by time categary;. (4) distributien afsubsidies by type and by public purpase; . (5) percent af all business subsidies that reached their geals; (6) percent afbusiness subsidies that did nat reach their gaals by two. years frem the benefit date; . (1) tetal dellar amaunt af business subsidies that did natmeet their geals after two. years from the benefit date; (8) percent af subsidies that did nat meet their geals and that did net receive repayment; (9) list af recipients that have failed to. meet the terms af a subsidy agreement in the past five years and have nat satisfied their repayment abligatiens; (10) number af part-time and full-time jabs within separate bands af wages fer the entire state and for each develepment regian efthe state; (11) benefits paid within separate bands afwages far the entire state and far each develepment regian af the state; and (12) number af emplayees in the entire state and in each develapment regian efthe state who. ceased to. be emplayed because their emplayers relecated to. became eligible far a business subsidy. Subd. 10, Compilation. The Department afEmpleyment and Ecanamic Develapment must publish a ~ampilatian af granting agencies' criteria palicies adapted in the previaus two. calendar years by December 1 af2004 and every ather year thereafter. Subd. 11. Enforcement. (a) A persan with residence in er an awner aftaxable praperty lacated in the jurisdiction ef the grantar may' bring an actian far equitable relief arising aut af the failure afthe grantarta camply with sectians 116J.993 to. 116J.995.
