Cop- <br />ies of the materials on CD are avail- <br />able for $10 or a paper copy for $100. <br />Full size copies (11 x 17) of several <br />of the maps within the plan are available in paper format <br />for $10 each. Please call the Planning Division at 763- <br />433-9824 or e-mail compplan@ci.ramsey.mn.us to request <br />a copy. Please allow 48 hours before pick-up. Standard <br />postage rates apply for those who would like the materials <br />mailed. All payments are due prior to distribution. <br />The draft Comprehensive Plan <br />was the result of the hard work of the <br />community, alld especially those who <br />paliicipated in the Ramsey3 process <br />alld subsequent Comprehensive Plan <br />workshops. The <br />Comprehensive Plan is a document that guides the lalld <br />use alld development for the city. Adjacent agencies have <br />six months from the time they receive the draft to review <br />the draft plalL in accordance with state <br />law. These agencies include the cities <br />of Dayton, Nowthen, Elk River, Oak <br />Grove, Andover, Anoka as well as <br />Anoka County, the Minnesota Depali- <br />ment of Natural Resources (DNR), <br />Anoka- <br />Hennepin <br />Independent <br />School Dis- <br />trict # 1 Land <br />the Lower <br />Rum River <br />Watershed <br />Mallagement <br />Organiza- <br />tion.
