<br />Attachment B <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #09-_ <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNt <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 wmCH IS KNOWN AS THE RAMSEY ZONING <br />CHAPTER. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9.02 TITLED "DEFINITIONS" <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />R~msey. . <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Portions of section 9.02 of the City Code are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Garage, Primary Residential - A garage attached to the principal building or dwelling, or a . <br />detached garage where an attached garage does not exist, intended for the storage of vehicles and <br />items accessory to the principal use of the property. Primary residential garages, attached or <br />detached, shall be considered accessory structures. <br /> <br />Home Occupation - Any business or commercial activity that is conducted or petitioned to be <br />conducted from the principal or an accessory structure on the property that is zoned for <br />residential use, by persons residing on the property. <br /> <br />S~CTION 3. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #_-08. which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />. The definition of Primary Residential Garage and Home Occupation are being amended to be <br />consistent with the City Code Section 9.11.04 (Home Occupation.s). <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
