Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Associate Planner Timothy Gladhill <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Management Intern Al Haugen <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Winslow Holasek, 1159 Andover Boulevard, Andover, Mimiesota, read aloud a letter regarding <br />his request for reimbursement from a condemnation case in Anoka County, Case #C801-63. He <br />stated that this is for a storm sewer case that was discontinued when Ramsey acquired their <br />property; therefore, they are asking the City to reimburse them for costs and expenses. He <br />reviewed the costs such as attorney fees. He stated that they have put countless hours of their <br />own time in this, which is not i11cluded in their request. He stated that they have doclimented <br />attorney fees by letter, letters from their attorneys to City Attorney Goodrich and billing <br />statements from other attorneys. He stated that at the City Council meeting on November 9, <br />2004, Case 14 was about reimbursements for this same type of situation. He read a portion of <br />the minutes from that meeting. He stated that he has also included the City Attorney's <br />background information for this case in 2004.
