<br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to adopt Resolution # 09-01- <br />012 granting a six-month extension to D.R. Horton, Inc. to submit the final plat application for <br />the Gables Terrace subdivision. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Jeffrey asked if there were specific issues in the <br />development agreement that are holding things up. Community Development Director Miller <br />stated that it is the 146th issue and the City has asked them to work with the bank on this issue. <br />Public Works Director Olson stated that it was shown as right of way on their first plat in 2005, <br />the 7th addition went forward and the Ramsey Town Center constructed the roadway but they <br />could not work out an agreement with D.R. Horton about who would pay for what. He stated <br />that the bottom line is that today it is an outlot that is still owned by the bank. He stated that the <br />City is continuing to move forward with the banks and discussing Ramsey Town Center. <br />Councilmember Look asked about staff costs associated with this and whether they were <br />covered. Community Development Director Miller stated that the costs are put in as billable <br />time against their account. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers McGlone, Jeffrey, Look and <br />Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Dehen and Elvig. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />City Council Update on the Pending Legal Matter of Keith A. Kiefer vs. City <br />of Ramsey, which is a Special Assessment Appeal Matter in Anoka County <br />District Court <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that this case is regarding Anoka County District Court Case # 02- <br />CV -08-8487 and suggested that discussion take place in a closed session. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to move into a closed <br />seSSIOn. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Jeffrey, Look, McGlone and <br />Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Dehen and Elvig. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to end the closed session <br />of the Special City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Jeffrey, Look, Dehen, <br />McGlone and Wise. Voting No: None.
