According to the sign on 142nd Avenue, the road is scheduled to be closed
tomorrow. She stated that she was told that the City's road manager is determined to
close it tomorrow regardless of what the citizens want. Mrs. Testino asked Council to
please vote against the closing of 142nd Avenue. She suggested a sign should be posted
that says the law will be enforced; closing the road would be a detriment to her area.

City Administrator Ulrich stated that regarding staffs opinion alluded to by Mrs. Testino
- the previous direction of the City Council was to have this road closed; staff acted
under that direction.

Randy Backous, 14148 Argon Street NW, stated he has lived in his home since 1988.
