<br />WHEREAS, on October 1, 2008, the Property Owner hired Gibbs Lawn (the <br />"Contractor") to complete the Corrective Measures and requested that funds from the <br />Landscape Guarantee, in the amount of $1,910.00, be used as payment to the <br />Contractor for the completion of the Corrective Measures. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Item #12 of the Development Permit states that City Council must <br />authorize a withdrawal of monies from the escrow account for payment of service. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the withdrawal of $1,910.00 for <br />payment to Contractor for completion of the Corrective Measures on the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 10th day of February, 2009. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Resolution #09-02- <br />Page 2 of2 <br /> <br />-132- <br />
