<br />C.. 13 <br /> <br />Coundlmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #09-03 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL OF STREETS IN <br />GREENLAND HILLS & PINEVIEW ESTATES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted February 10, <br />2009, a feasibility study for the 2009 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve <br />Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #09-03 (Sealcoat and Crackfill <br />of the streets in Greenland Hills & Pineview Estates) including the streets more specifically <br />described below: and, <br /> <br />Greenland Hills & Pineview Estates <br />149th Ave. from Uranimite St. to Ramsey Blvd. <br />149th Lane from Armstrong Blvd. to Willemite St. <br />150th Lane from Armstrong Blvd. to CuI de sac east of Peri dot <br />151st Lane from Alpaca St. . to Chameleon St <br />152ndLane from Armstrong Blvd. to Y olite St. <br />I <br />Alpaca St. from 151 st Lane to CuI de sac n/o 152nd Lane <br />Bison St. from 149th Lane to 150th Lane <br />Chameleon St. from 149th Lane to CuI de sac <br />Chameleon St. from 151 st Lane to 152nd Lane <br />Peridot St. , from 149th Ave. to 150th Lane <br />Uranimite St. from 149th Ave. to 150th Lane <br />Willemite St. from 149th Lane to 152nd Ave. <br />Y olite St. from 150th to 152nd Lane <br />Zeolite St. from 149th Lane to 150th Lane <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and <br />sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$113,200. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of <br />March, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-02-XXX . <br />Page 1 of2 <br /> <br />-135- <br />
