<br />c-'~ <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #09-05 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL OF STREETS IN <br />REILLEY EST A TES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted February 10, <br />2009, a feasibility study for the 2009 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve <br />Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #09-05 (Sealcoat and Crackfill <br />of the streets in Reilley Estates) including the streets more specifically described below: and, <br /> <br />Reilley Estates <br />I 56th Lane <br />157th Lane <br />Juniper Ridge Dr. <br />Salish St. <br />Waco St. <br />Yakima St. <br /> <br />from <br />from <br />from <br />from <br />from <br />from <br /> <br />Juniper Ridge Dr. <br />Yakima St. <br />Roanoke St <br />Juniper Ridge Dr. <br />Juniper Ridge Dr. <br />Juniper Ridge Dr. <br /> <br />to <br />to <br />to <br />to <br />to <br />to <br /> <br />Pt 200 ft w/o Yakima St <br />Cui de sac <br />CuI de sac n/o Yakima St <br />CuI de sac <br />Pt 200 ft slo Juniper Ridge Dr <br />Pt 200 ft slo 156th lane <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and <br />sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a, portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$58,497. . <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of . <br />March, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />_, and. upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-02-XXX <br />Page 1 of2 <br /> <br />-139- <br />
