<br />C.'<-1 <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following r~solution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #09-09 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL OF STREETS IN <br />BRRA WPE - SOUTH) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted February 10, <br />2009, a feasibility study for the 2009 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve <br />Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #09-09 (Sealcoat and Crackfill '(':; <br />of the streets in BRRA WPW - South) including the streets more specificaJly described below: <br />and, <br /> <br />Barthels Rum River Acres & White Pine Est. - South <br />162nd Lane from. Germanium S1. to <br />164th Lane from Dysprosium S1. to <br />165th Lane from Fluorine S1. to <br />Dysprosium S1. from 161st Lane to <br />Fluorine S1. from 165th Lane to <br />Germanium S1. from 165th Lane to <br />Junkite S1. from Pt 200 ft n/o !64th Lane to <br /> <br />CuI de sac <br />T.H.47 <br />CuI de sac elo Dysprosium S1. <br />165th Ave <br />CuI de sac <br />Pt 200 ft slo 164th Lane <br />Pt 200 ft slo 164th Lane <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the. improvements of crackfilling and <br />seal coating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$60,191. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of <br />March, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counci1member <br />_, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-02-XXX <br />Page 1 of2 <br /> <br />-147- <br />
