<br />e, * Zl. <br /> <br />Co~cilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #09-12 (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY OF STREETS IN <br />HUNTERS HILL) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted February 10, <br />2009, a feasibility study for the 2009 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve <br />Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #09-12 (Bituminous Overlay <br />ofthe streets in Hunters Hill) including the streets more specifically described below: and, <br /> <br />Hunters Hill <br />143rd Lane <br />144th Ave. <br />144th Lane <br />Uranimite St. <br />Wolfram St. <br /> <br />from Sunfish Lake Blvd <br />from Sunfish Lake Blvd <br />from 144th Ave. <br />from 143rd Lane <br />from 144th Ave. <br /> <br />to Uranium St <br />to Uranium St <br />to Pt 450 ft nw/o Uranium St. <br />to Uranium St. <br />to CuI de sac <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of bituminous overlay of <br />such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 <br />and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $77,777. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of <br />March, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />_, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-02-XXX <br />Page 1 of2 <br /> <br />-153- <br />
