<br />G. Section 6 is amended by inserting a new Subsection 1. HRA Levy Funds Previously <br />Collected. that reads as follows: <br /> <br />1. HRA Levy FundsPreviously Collected. At the option of the ACHRA, the. <br />ACHRA may use ACHRA levy funds previously collecte'd in the City to <br />accomplish the following: <br />1. Fund replacement and operating reserves for the Project. <br />2. Contribute equity to the Project in the amount of $320,000. <br /> <br />H. It is the intent of the parties that all provisions of the Joint Powers Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect, except as specifically amended herein. <br /> <br />1. Termination. In the event that the ACHRA determines, in its sole discretion; not to <br />refund the Original Bonds and to issue the Project Bonds, the ACHRA shall provide <br />written notification to the City of its determination.
