City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At its worksession meeting of January 6th, 2009, the City Council directed staff to prepare <br />an RFP for Legal Services for the City. Council reviewed the draft RFP at its worksession <br />meeting of February 3, 2009 and directed staffto bring the RFP forward to the next regular <br />meeting of Council for authorization. The revised RFP document "is attached for Council review. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that Council authorize the attached RFP document and direct staff to <br />advertise the RFP in the Anoka County Union, on the city's and the League of Minnesota Cities <br />website, and by mailing the RFP to firms in the north metro area. <br /> <br />" Council Action: <br />By motion, authorize the Request for Proposals for Legal Service for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: /./~ .. /) <br />City Administrator:~ ~ <br /> <br />CC: 02/10/2009 <br /> <br />-223- <br />
