<br />Councilmember Look stated that Council discussed purchasing a substantial amount of acreage <br />from Mr. Peterson and inquired if that went through. <br /> <br />Mr. Gladhill showed t\J.e Council the exact areas being dealt with for this request. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey and seconded by Mayor Ramsey to adopt Resolution #09-01- <br />010 to adopt Findings of Fact #0840 related to the request for a variance to the platting <br />requirements in Section 9.50.07 of City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Councilmember Dehen, Mayor Ramsey, <br />Councilmembers Jeffrey, Look, McGlone and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey and seconded by Mayor Ramsey to adopt Resolution #09-01- <br />011 to approve the request for a variance to subdivide by metes and bounds, contingent upon <br />compliance with the City Engineer's memo dated February 22,2007. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
