Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br />Zoning & Recycling Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />Jim Lasher, LSA Design <br />Tom Redmund, BKV Group <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:45 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was amended as follows: 3) R-1 Rural Development Standards (Cluster <br />Subdivision); 1) Ramsey Crossings; 2) Highway #10 Corridor Performance Standards; 4) Old <br />City Hall & Fire Station #2 Replacement; 5) Knoll Storm Water Pond. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />3) R-1 Rural Development Standards (Cluster Subdivision) <br />Associate Planner Geisler reviewed that Council previously directed staff to proceed with an <br />interim solution for the cluster subdivision ordinance, leaving the larger cluster discussion for the <br />Comprehensive Planning process. Included in the Council's packet is a memo outlining what <br />staff believes are the major options for amending the ordinance, given the time remaining in the <br />City Council Work Session / October 17, 2006 <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />
