Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #02-09-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2002, PAYABLE 2003, HR& TAX LEVY <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the fbllowing proposed levy for certified 2002, payable 2003, be levied upon the <br />taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of.Minnesota for the <br />following purposes: <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED HR& LEVY <br /> <br />$ 7O,448 <br /> <br /> TOTAL PROPOSED LEVIES $ 70,448 <br /> <br />2) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br /> resolution to the Anoka County Au:difor's': O~'fiCb on or before Monday, September 16. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this 1 [th day of September, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
