42 <br />Meeting at Barbs house on 1/24/2009. <br />I can't.come to the meeting but, here are .my concerns. <br />I'm in favor of improving the road, but without making it much wider. <br />The present road is already all the way to the west side of the easement. I would not <br />want it to go much further to the west, if any. Also I have 3 Maple trees which are <br />already closer to the present location of the road then the trees on the east side of the <br />road. <br />Cost of black topping may have gone down since our meeting last fall. Oil prices are <br />much lower now. This should hopefully reduce the cost to each of us. <br />The wet basement problem in several houses, mine being the worst! Considering that the <br />county didn't provide drainage to the south when they built County road 27, possibly the <br />county would share part of the cost? <br />2nd storm drain on my property. The current plan shows one storm drain, located on my <br />property, close to Co 27, but there is another place water collects. That is in front of the <br />garage I have in my back yard. Possibly another storm drain could be located there? <br />My driveway from my house onto Ute street. It was suggested at the meeting last fall <br />that the entrance to this driveway be located further from County 27. This driveway <br />should stay where it is. It's already a sharp turn to get into or out of my garage. I don't <br />want it to be made worse.
