City certifies 2010 Proposed Municipal Budget; 2009 Payable 2010 Proposed Municipal Levy and two 2010 Budget Public Hearing dates. Finance Committee and Council work sessions as needed. City Council work sessions on 2010 Goals, Objectives and 5-Year Departmental Plans. Finance Committee and City Council review and adopt 2010-2014 Capital Improvement Program. County mails notice of proposed property taxes for payable 2010. Finance Committee and City Council to review and adopt the 2010 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. 2010 Goals, Objectives and 5- Year Departmental Plans submitted to City Council for adoption. Public Hearing(s) on Final 2010 Municipal Budget and Levy Adopt 2010 Municipal Budget and Final 2009, Payable 2010 Levy Final levy certification to County auditor and certification of compliance with Truth in Taxation requirements to the Department of Revenue. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby approves the 2010 Budget Calendar. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Look, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ramsey Councilmember McGlone Councilmember Look Councilmember Dehen Councilmember Jeffrey Councilmember Wise and the following voted against the same: Resolution #09-01-005 Page 3 of 4
