<br />WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting a six month extension to the approved <br />preliminary plat and site plan for the Subject property in order to allow the Developer and City <br />additional time to resolve issues pertinent to the final plat, final site plan, and development <br />agreement, which include but may not be limited to, incomplete development requirements of <br />Ramsey RTC, LLC, and the lack of control of property for public right-of-way and easements for <br />extension of utilities. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby affirms and grants an extension to June 6, 2009 for <br />the approved preliminary plat and site plan of Gables Terrace (formerly Ramsey Town <br />Center 6th Addition) to: <br /> <br />a) allow the Developer adequate time to resolve issues that affect the design of the final <br />plat and site plan; <br /> <br />b) request City action on the final plat submittal received on February 8, 2008 or a <br />version thereof that significantly complies with the approved preliminary plat. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />McGlone, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Wise <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-01-012 <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
