CASE #2: <br /> <br />RECEIVE WARRANTY INFORMATION ON THE PUMPER <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Fire Board met on Wednesday, February 20, 1991 and made a motion to recommend to City <br />Council the purchase of a 750 gpm pumper with a 750 gallon water tank for the Fire Department <br />which would allow Ramsey to participate in mutual aid.. A question was raised regarding whether <br />or not this truck would be covered under any type of warranty.
