Prepare Positioning ant( Plan <br />Based on the findings of the research, Himle Horner would develop options for positioning the Ramsey Town Center project. <br />In addition, an implementation plan would be prepared that identifies tactics the City could pursue to successfully advance to <br />the project to targeted audiences and influencers. Tactics in the plan would be prioritized based on the resources available <br />and whether the plan would be implemented solely by the City or, if some/all, of the plan would be managed by Himle Horner. <br />The plan would include the following components: <br />· goals/objectives <br />· audiences <br />· overall positioning options <br />· key messages <br />· menu of possible tactics <br />· timelines <br />· benchmarks/accountabilities <br /> <br />Page 3 of 11 <br />
