PETITION FOR LOCAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA ' <br />Ramsey, Minnesota lYlay lam, 2005 <br />To the City Council of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />We the undersigned, owners representing not less than fifty percent (SO°~o) of the affected property parcels <br />abutting on the real property proposed for assessment as p ~ C f of Ramsey '~oka Co nty, h~rob~+,~etition that a <br />bituminous overlay in the rlorthFork subdivtsion within h tY <br />the above Im rovement Pro'ect be modified a ' <br />• Andrie Street and 16a Lane would be reconstructed to the width of thirty two (32) feet, a nine (9) ton <br />load limit and with concrete curb and gutter. <br />• Andre Street and 16~1~ Lane would be striped for two driving lanes and one parking lane on one side. <br />parking would be restricted on the other side. <br />• .Existing storm water catch basins would be replaced and the storm sewer would be extended to pndrie <br />Street in several areas. <br />• Instate the City~of Ramsey proposed five (S}foot concrete sidewalk on the East and North sides of <br />Andris Street and 1 b4 Lane, <br />• The three col de sacs, Halas, portmann, and Driscoll Circles, would receive only a 1 '/z inch bituminous <br />overlay of the existing pavement. <br />We understand that the assessment for the abvv~e ~tmaro ro'ect Curren ly antx ipated to City of Ramsey IP 0$06 <br />improvements associated with the brtumxnous v y p J <br />which states that prop~es abutting the above streets w©uld be assess ect would not take pl~mce until2 09 at the <br />overlay.
