ADOPT ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.22.02, SUBD. 2. <br />ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />By: Steven Jankowski, City Engineer <br />Background: <br />CASE # j"} <br />- Recall that on January 27, 2009 the City Council. introduced an ordinance amending the <br />City's official floodplain zoning rnap to include a modification in the floodplain <br />referenced in the letter dated September 25, 2008 from the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency (FEMA). This change was the result of a construction project <br />increasing the size of the- culvert beneath Ermine Boulevard west of Eaton Street which <br />had the effect of lowering the 100 year flood elevation north of Ermine Boulevard. <br />The ordinance is now ready for adoption <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the Adoption of Ordinance 09-XX amending Section 9.22.02 sub. 2 of <br />City Code by adding the acknowledgement of the CLOMR letter dated.
