CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 20, <br />2009, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Attorney Tom Bray <br />Consultant Jim Lasher <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the Special City Council meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to approve the agenda, <br />as submitted. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Dehen, Look, <br />McGlone and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Ramsey Town Center Lawsuit -City of Ramsey vs. Minnwest Bank <br />City Attorney Goodrich suggested that this meeting take place in closed session. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to move the Special <br />Council meeting into a closed session. <br />Special City Council Meeting /January 20, 2009 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
