Who pays for the new officers wages <br />during Field Training time? (assume Nowthen?-discussion) Does contract start at hire date or <br />4 months later? What about FTO pay? Would training be done in Ramsey and/or <br />Nowthen ? <br />o Consideration - supervisor time to set up contract, work with Nowthen Council, set up <br />vehicles, training and eqClipment ? <br /> <br />Discussion of ProDosalltems: <br /> <br />1. Purl)ose (Mayor Ramsev) <br /> <br />To establish the current needs and desires of the City of Nowthen as it <br />pertains to Police Protective Services starting in 2009. To share with <br />Nowthen our strong desire to enter into a contract with them - explaining <br />what the City of Ramsey could offer them versus a potential contract with <br />the Sheriffs Office. <br /> <br />Why Ramsey? <br />o General Discussion <br />o What we can offer that the Sheriff's Office may not.
