(3,102.5 versus 2,920 hrs/year); Ramsey recommendation. <br /> <br />o A proposal from Ramsey may be 2.0 officers to cover (1) 8.5hr shift 7 <br />days a week on a 6 day on, 3 day off rotation. 1.5 officers are required on <br />paper for this rotation, but this does not account for the shift relief factor <br />(HOw do we cover the expected 68.5 days off per year). The second officers <br />remaining .5X or 1040 hrs would allow for some vac/hol/sick/comp relief <br />(pOSSibly 32 days), but that leaves 36 days/year where OT or <br /> <br />-66- <br />
