Nelson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the special meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Eminent Domain Proceedings with Regard to Ramsey Crossings <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich announced the following discussions for closed session: City of Ramsey <br />vs 5A Partnership I, Minnesota Partnership et. a1.; District Court File No. CI-06-2093 <br /> <br />The special City Council meeting was recessed to closed session at 5 :00 p.m. The closed session <br />of the City Council was adjourned backto the special City Council meeting at 5 :40 p.m. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Special City Council / April 3, 2007 <br />Page 2 of3 <br /> <br />. <br />
