Town of New London, 960 A.2d 1268 <br />(N.H. 2008) <br /> <br />NEW HAMPSHIRE (12/05/08)-Lakeside Lodge, Inc. ("Lakeside") <br />owned property (the "Property") in the town. The Property included a <br />private dock on a State-owned lake. The dock had been used by Lake- <br />side's owners since the 1980s. <br />_ In 1991, the town enacted a zoning ordinance (the "Ordinance"), <br />which designated Lakeside's lot as being within a "Shore Land Overlay <br />District."
