There was an <br />someone pulled into my driveway with lights out and when I turned on <br />my house lights, they took off. <br />3. We would not have the speeding vehicles through the neighborhood oora with <br />no regard for the safety of our neighborhood. We have y y <br />little children around here that we need to worry about their safety. <br />Especially after the high school gets out and plays bumper tag through <br />our neighborhood. <br />What is 5 minutes out of your life to go around when it means a safer <br />neighborhood for us, Think about it before you decide you DON'T want 142"` <br />Avenue closed. <br />Some suggestions to avoid the excessive traffic would be. <br />1. No left turn signs into neighborhood area at peak hours, i.e. 3 "8 p,m. <br />weekdays, since the worst time is ft the i ht t oo l ge ough Also, u p <br />at the other end on Dysprosium tt 9 e <br />neighborhood to cut to 47. <br />2. Put speed humps through the neighborhood to slow vehicles down, Put <br />stop signs to alleviate the speeding. <br />Right now with winter it may not be bad, but wait until spring and summer, <br />especially when the kids are out of school. We have teenagers coming through <br />here and when we have little kids playing, we should not have to worry about if <br />the kids from our neighborhood are going to be hit by a careless speeding driver <br />that is cutting through just to avoid the lights at 5.
