I represent the the tenants of Ramsey Towne Square located at 14050 5t. Francis Blvd, Ramsey MN. I do not know If I will be able to attend tonights public works meeting, but on behalf the that met must t to express er sthutlon I disatisfaction with the citys attempt to close the Intersection a t that not only avoids negatively impacting the tenants of Ramsey Towne Square, but allows for increased access to the center. For the following reasons we believe that the cit ta Square, h atime t does in trying to develop Its future Ramsey revenue producing real estate such as Ramsey Center, 1. This serves as an access point to the tenants for the neighborhood residents. The poor economy already as negatively impacted the center.' 3.
