Clrair Llvig stated that his concern is that this <br />would get dragged out and Dysprosium was delayed until 2010, lie stated that he will let the <br />motion stared and see what the whole Council has to say about the issue. Public Works Director <br />Olson asked f a specific time for the closure so there: cars be advanced warning this time. He <br />suggested closing on March 17, 2009, Councilmember Dehen stated that this is a <br />recommendation to the Council and they still have the ability to overrule this, <br />Motion carried; Voting Yes: Chair l:;lvig and Councilmember Dehen.
