ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />On Monday, February 2, 2009, the Environmental Policy Board (EPB) met in the Mississippi <br />River Conference Room at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Chairperson Joe McDilda <br />Board Member Bob Bentz <br />Board Member John Freeburg <br />Board Member Michael Max <br />Board Member Thomas Stodola <br />Members Absent: Board Member Bob Sibilski <br />Also Present: Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson McDilda called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Chairperson McDilda advised that because the minutes from the previous meeting had just been <br />received by Staff today, he suggested moving that item to the March meeting to give everyone a <br />chance to review the minutes. <br />Board Member Max requested to add an item discussing the Environmental Expo. <br />Motion by Board Member Max and seconded by Board Member Freeburg to approve the agenda <br />as amended. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Board Members Bentz, Freeburg, Stodola <br />and Max. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Sibilski. <br />POLICY BOARD BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Update on Work Plan <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson summarized that this item was scheduled to be discussed <br />at a worksession the previous week, but explained that due to a Personnel Committee meeting <br />and a special City Council meeting scheduled prior to the work session, time ran out and the <br />worksession items were shifted to the regular City Council meeting.
