Absent: Councilmember McGlone. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Public Hearing: Application for On -Sale, Sunday 2:00 a.m. Intoxicating <br />Liquor License; Case of Wyatt Earp's <br />Mayor Ramsey closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:07 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Ramsey called the public hearing to order at 7:07 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />Police Chief Way stated that Wyatt Earp's has properly applied for an on -sale liquor license and <br />everything is in order with the application. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Dehen, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, and <br />Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember McGlone. <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:08 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:08 p.m. <br />Councilmember Elvig asked what type of format this establishment will be because it sounds like <br />a western bar. <br />Police Chief Way stated that he isn't sure, but noted that they are planning to make it family <br />friendly and are remodeling the facility. <br />Councilmember Jeffrey noted that it looks like they are also planning to bring softball back in the <br />spring. <br />City Council / February 24, 2009 <br />Page 4 of 19 <br />
