<br />Attachment B <br /> <br />ADOPT-A-SPOT DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTAINANCE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Adopt-A-Spot Development and Maintenance Agreement ("Maintenance Agreement") is <br />made this _ day of _,2009, by and between Andrea M. Seiberlich (hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Applicant") and Jason D. Seiberlich, Scott H. & Jeanne R. Backman, Kevin Flannery, Kiersten Nordby, <br />Timothy G. & Darcy L. D. Elliot, Brian N. & Barbara J. Groth, Devin & Stephanie Christianson, Steven <br />M. & Sheila A. Schumacher, Todd R. Sullivan, and Michael L.
