<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the City of Ramsey hereby reserves $18,000.00 in Lawful Gambling Improvement <br />monies to incent Anoka County Parks to immediately commence a feasibility study <br />relating to the preliminary design, location and costs of motor vehicle access, parking, <br />boat landing with concrete planks or ramp, fishing pier and related amenities. <br /> <br />2) That upon conclusion of the feasibility study; a collaborative agreement to proceed for <br />the procurement of funds for the project would begin by a subsequent Resolution also <br />committing the $18,000.00 (or more) in Lawful Gambling Improvement Funds to be used <br />for the capital improvements named herein. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this day of, 2009. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Resolution 09-03-XXX <br />Page 2 of2 <br />
