<br />CASE #2 <br /> <br />TITLE: <br /> <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION TO AMEND HRA BY-LAWS <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Tim Gladhill, Ass~ciate Planner <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION: <br /> <br />In recent months, the HRA has discussed the possibility of amending the HRA Board <br />membership from City Councilmembers to Ramsey residents or a mix of City Councilmembers <br />and residents. The issue was last discussed on December 1, 2008. At that time, the HRA <br />determined that it would be appropriate to retain the City Councilmembers as the HRA <br />commissioners and the new Council taking office in 2009 can determine if and when it would be <br />appropriate to change the membership make-up. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION POINTS: <br /> <br />Although there will not be a change in membership based on the December 1, 2008 HRA <br />discussion, there are some housekeeping items that require amending. The current by-laws state <br />that the Board meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month at the Fire Station # 1 (located on Armstrong <br />Blvd.). The meeting place has to be updated to the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
