ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Commission conducted a regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />December 4, 1991 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard, N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairman Kenneth Wagner <br />Commissioner David Kent <br />Commissioner Darryl Fults <br />Commissioner Bemerd Vevea <br />Commissioner Sue Thorson <br />Commissioner Carolyn Nelson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Steven Gorecki <br />Commissioner Steve Mare <br />Commissioner Donald Greenberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wagner called the regular meeting of the Economic Development Commission to order at <br />7:42 a.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Vevea to approve the agenda as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Wagner, Commissioners Fults, Vevea, Kent, Nelson and <br />Thorson. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Gorecki, Greenberg and Mare. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to approve the Economic <br />Development Commission meeting minutes dated November 13, 1991. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Wagner, Commissioners Fults, Vevea, Kent, Nelson and <br />Thorson. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Gorecki, Greenberg and Mare. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1.: Goals for 1992. <br /> <br />As was discussed at the November 13, 1991 meeting, the Economic Development Commission <br />(EDC) rescheduled its regular December meeting to December 4, 1991 to prioritize goals for 1992. <br />This was done to facilitate the City Council's meeting on December 10, 1991 at which time they <br />will be looking at the goals for 1992 and prioritizing them.
