8. Present use of the subject property and the present use of all directly <br />adjacent parcels; and <br />9. Location of all existing structures and improvements on the property. <br />10. Location of significant historical and natural features, including but <br />not limited to wetlands, lakes, rivers, ditches and woodlands. <br />c. Submittal Information The site plan building design application shall. show <br />provisions for the following improvements which shall be constructed in <br />accordance with'the relevant criteria prescribed herein: <br />1: Landscape plan, including any buffer areas, screening, existing trees to <br />be preserved and new plantings; <br />2. Location and site of any on-site septic system(s), plus area for oiiet~t=e <br />additional systems; <br />3. Site access; <br />4. Loading docks; <br />5. Exterior lighting .locations, specifications and diagrams of lighting <br />fixtures for the building, parking areas and site in general; <br />6. Bituminous or concrete surfaces and curbing; <br />7. Exterior Building elevations; <br />8. Waste storage area location and construction materials; <br />9. Site drainage; <br />10. A topographical map and grading plan; <br />11: Off-street parking and outside storage or display areas; <br />11. Calculations of projected water usage using Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency and/or Minnesota Department of Health guidelines; <br />and <br />12. Color rendering(s) and when requested by the City, colored material <br />samples. <br />13. Traffic Generation Analysis as determined necessary by the City. <br />-~35- <br />
