NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the City of Ramsey hereby reserves $18,000.00 in Lawful Gambling Improvement <br />monies for future capital improvements to incent Anoka County Parks to immediately <br />commence a feasibility study relating to the preliminary design, location and costs, of <br />motor vehicle access, parking, boat landing with concrete planks or ramp, fishing pier <br />and related amenities. <br />2) That upon conclusion of the feasibility study performed by Anoka County; a <br />collaborative agreement to proceed for the procurement of funds for the project may. <br />begin by a subsequent Resolution committing the $18,000.00 (or more) in Lawful <br />Gambling Improvement Funds to be used for the capital improvements named herein. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereu~on said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 24 day of March 2009. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #09-03-7~;XX <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />-145- <br />
