Ail Convention and Spouse Program badges will be mailed at the enci of April with instructions. Upon arriving in Las Vegas just stop by the Registration Center at the LasVeges Convention Center or at one of the remote satellite air- portlocations to pick up your badge holder and program information. March 31, 2009 Register and submit a photo by deadline to receive your Convention badge in the mail and to be listed in the Advance Registrants Directory. CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS: If you are unable to attend RECon, you may transfer your registration to a colleague (member to non-member transfer requires higher regis- trationfee be paid): All transfers are subject to a $25 fee and the deadline is March 31, 2009. You may cancel your registration up to March 31, 2009 and receive a refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 fee 'and must be received by ICSC in writing.
