PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting: on Thursday, February 5, 2009, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer (arrived at 7:05 p.m.) <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Bryan Rogers <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Associate Planner Tim Gladhill <br />Management Intern Al Haugen <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Levine, Hunt, and Rogers. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Brauer, Cleveland, and Van Scoy. <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Motion by Commissioner Levine, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the following <br />minutes as presented: <br />1) Planning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated December 3, 2008. <br />Planning Commission/February 5, 2009 <br />Page 1 of 10 <br />
