C-9 <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #Q9-03-XX,~ <br />RESOLUTION APFROVING STH FINAL PAYIYIENT TO V.B. MILLER INC. FOR I.P. <br />#Q4-31 WATERMAIN EXTENSION TO WELL NO 6 <br />WHEREAS, on August 10, 2004, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-08- <br />209 authorizing plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br />_ WHEREAS, on September 13, 2004, the Ramsey City Council awarded the contract for <br />IP #04-31 to WB Miller Inc. in the amount of $85,942.50. <br />WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends ls` partial payment to W.B. Miller in the amount of $16,650.65. <br />WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends 2"d partial payment to W.B. Miller in the amount of $23,629.35.. <br />WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has Inspected the .completed -work and <br />recommends 3~d partial payment to W.B. Miller in the amount of $20,1SS.20. <br />. WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected .the completed work and <br />recommends 4`}` partial payment to W.B. Miller in the amount of $21,964.00. <br />WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson .has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends 5`" final payment to W.B. Miller in the amount of $6,710.00. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to WB Miller Inc, far <br />Improvement Project #04-31 in the amount of $6,710.00. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or Gity <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payrnent of <br />bills far the date of Mareh 24.2009. <br />4) That the Gity of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The motion -for the. adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted izt favor thereof: <br />RESOLUTION #09-03-x:XX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />-85- <br />
