Officer Way added the 72% versus 79%. He added that with the necessity of adding more officers in the future, this is a big savings. Officer Way stated that the request for premium pay was for four days instead of two days. He offered that the contract should read three days, but one day would already have gone by. The holidays would not take effect until the signing of the contract.
