Way added that the Department is giving up a lot at 72%. Officer Gustafson stated that the <br />Department would "take their chance" with regard to negotiations next year. Officer Way <br />stated that 4% as of January 1, 1991 and $25.00 beginning July 1, 1991 works out to be <br />4.4%. <br /> <br />The meeting recessed at 5:34 p.m. <br /> <br />The meeting reconvened at 5:20 p.m. <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Wages: Officer Kuhn presented 3.75% as of January 1, 1991, $25.00 effective July 1, <br />1991 and $20.00 effective October 1, 1991. Officer Way added the 72% versus 79%. He <br />added that with the necessity of adding more officers in the future, this is a big savings. <br />Officer Way stated that the request for premium pay was for four days instead of two days. <br />He offered that the contract should read three days, but one day would already have gone <br />by. The holidays would not take effect until the signing of the contract. <br /> <br />The meeting recessed at 5:45 p.m. <br /> <br />The meeting reconvened at 6:08 p.m. <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />8) <br /> <br />Wages: 3.75% effective January 1, 1991, plus $25.00 effective July 1, 1991 and $20.00 <br />effective October 1, 1991 to top patrol. <br /> <br />Medical Insurance: $230.00 is the amount the City will contribute - this is the total <br />insurance contribution. <br /> <br />Holidays: The holidays are "upped" by 1/2 putting them at 11. <br /> <br />Premium Pay:.
