Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: <br /> <br />Consider Confirmation of Directions Given in Closed Session <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that earlier this evening there was a closed meeting, but there <br />were some technical issues. He stated that these should be resolved shortly, so he would like the <br />Council to schedule a special meeting at 7:00 on March 17th to discuss the lawsuit and the issues <br />related to it. He stated that he is also recommending that this be cablecast. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to hold a Special City Council <br />meeting on Tuesday, March 17,2009 at 7:00 p.m., which will be televised. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Jeffrey stated that he will be out of town and will not be <br />able to attend. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
